Processing & Production Time All Four Peaks products are custom 3D-printed to order in South Africa. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery within South Africa: 3–7 business days
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Custom & Personalised Orders For personalised products such as route maps and lithophane lamps, please ensure all custom details (e.g. Strava activity link, custom title) are provided at checkout or via the notes section. Production will only begin once all required information has been received.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or production factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@fourpeaks.co.za.
